BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2020 All fingerprints will be done by appointment only. Only the individual being printed will be allowed in the office. The individual being fingerprinted will be required to bring and wear a mask or face covering. A contactless temperature check will be done prior to being fingerprinted.
Please do not schedule an appointment if you have had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours:
Fever or Chills, Shortness of Breath, Cough, Sore Throat, Loss of Taste or Smell, Diarrhea, Nausea or Vomiting.
Please wait to schedule an appointment if within the past 14 days if you have had close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19; have traveled to an area where COVID-19 is spreading; or are under quarantine.
Finger Prints Cards can be obtained during the hours of M-F 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. By appointment only
Each card is $10.00. A valid ID is required.
Old Medications can also be dropped off during the hours 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
No Needles are allowed.
You can obtain a copy of a police report by contacting the police secretary during business hours.
A GRAMA request form may be required.
